Dato'UstazHajiFadzil bin Mohd Noor (Tulisan Jawi: فاضل بن محمد نور) (lahir: 13 Mac 1937, meninggal: 23 Jun 2002) merupakan bekas Presiden Parti Islam Se-Malaysia (PAS) dan menjadi Ketua Pembangkang di Parlimen pada 1999 ekoran kekalahan Lim Kit Siang.
Kehidupan awal
[sunting | sunting sumber]Beliau dilahirkan di Kampung Seberang Pumpung, Alor Setar, Kedah. Bapanya Mohd Noor Abdul Hamid dan ibunya Hindun Haji Abdul Rahman. Beliau merupakan anak sulung daripada empat adik-beradik. Moyang beliau iaitu Tuan Guru Haji Idris Al-Jarumi merupakan salah seorang ulama’ yang disegani berasal dari Wilayah Patani, Thailand dan seorang yang terkenal di Kedah.
Beliau menikahi sepupunya Siti Khatijah Ibrahim pada tahun 1963. Isteri beliau merupakan bekas pelajar Sekolah Menengah Agama Farbish Bakar, Alor Star.Isterinya bersamanya ke Al-Azhar. Mereka mendapat lapan orang anak iaitu Huda, Ammar, Aiman, Muna ’Izzah, Muhammad Faiz, Salwa, Ahmad Fauwaz dan Ahmad Anas.
Pendidikan
